Since our formation we have run over 150 training courses, ranging from one and two day courses through to degree and postgraduate modules across a wide range of subjects.

We have worked in 9 countries at grassroots, management and strategic levels - assessing needs, developing and delivering training. Many of the courses have had elements of facilitation skills training, whilst some have been specifically to teach these skills.

Our Approach...
...can be flexible to suit your needs. Increasingly, we work with the client to help teams 'in context' rather than in abstracted training environments. This may mean working on site, or elsewhere to help resolve particular issues, planning, development etc.

Education and qualifications
Team members have a range of training and learning qualifications. We are members of a range of training, facilitation and learning networks both nationally and specific to Wales.

We can work in a number of languages including Welsh, Swahili and French.
