In 2009 Resources for Change were accepted onto another major framework; the Environment Agency's Stakeholder engagement advice and facilitation services (SEAFS) framework contract.
 
As part of a consortium led by The Environment Council, R4C are providing independent and experienced facilitation and support to the Environment Agency's engagement work.
 
This national framework contract is for employees of the Environment Agency to use to employ independent contractors to:
• help support work with stakeholders.
• plan, design, organise and run stakeholder engagement processes.
