This project is being run by a partnership of Hampshire County Council, New Forest National Park Authority and other organisations. It focuses on a 10km stretch of the coastline from the Beaulieu River to Southampton Water with an emphasis on Lepe Country Park, and will involve all sectors of the local community in developing a plan for the future of this area of the coast.

Resources for Change have been commissioned by the partnership to:
- Make sure community views are heard and knowledge shared.
- Give local people the opportunity to get involved in events and activities, as well as contribute to publications, artworks and online projects.
There are a number of activities planned for the summer - all about coastal change: past, present and future. These include:
- A Timeline of Change: building a picture of what change looks like on this stretch of coast by collecting stories, artifacts and images.
- Stories of Change: Using the written word to create a publication that describes people’s relationship with the coast: their memories, values, hopes and fears.
- The Family Guide: with the help of local people and organisations creating a ‘family guide to coastal change’ which guides visitors in exploring the area in greater depth.
- Consultation on options for the new visitors centre as part of the future management for Lepe Country Park.
