Involving people in a better future

We see creative positive change as balancing environment, social, economic and organisational needs – to improve people’s wellbeing over the long-term.

Imagine a world which is fair and equitable, where people have personal autonomy but within a sound, fair, social model; where trade is ethical and economy is in balance with the people it serves.

Imagine all of this being able to happen in balance with theenvironment, the natural world on which we rely. If all this were possible we would be sustainable.

Resources for Change works towards this ultimate vision, but through realistic practical steps; working for a more positive future. We believe this will only be achieved with and through people, and for any positive change to last, people must be at the heart of the decision making and the environment at the heart of the decision.

We see creative positive change as balancing environment, social, economic and organisational needs – to improve people’s wellbeing over the longā€term.
